Our Team

Operating out of our decentralized state offices, our multidisciplinary field and administrative staff combine technical excellence with profound community trust. Our program managers, research analysts, and human rights monitors work directly alongside local populations. They specialize in reducing complex governance and legal frameworks into simple, participatory dialogue tools, ensuring that communities drive their own development and conflict transformation.
